Newlands has been serving the community since 1966 setting high expectations for all pupils.

Our aim is to see motivated, well cared for children and adults working together to achieve their personal best in all areas of school life through a stimulating, broad curriculum. We strive to offer the best possible teaching and support both to our children and their families. We greatly encourage parents to be involved in their children’s learning and to be a welcome part of the school community.

As staff and governors we are proud of our school and the personal and academic achievements of our pupils both here and in later life. We aim for our pupils to leave us equipped for the next stage of their learning and to become part of the wider world.
