The National Holocaust Centre and Museum, Laxton, Newark

On Wednesday 17th November, Year 6 visited The Islamic Mosque in Nottingham in order to further our work on the Muslim religion. We were shown around by the Imam, who explained the significance of various objects and features within the Mosque. We learnt more about the Koran and The Five Pillars - altogether it was a thoroughly enjoyable and informative trip.

Year 4 Trip to All Saints Church
Year 4 visited All Saints church during the Spring term. They had a fabulous time learning all about the parts of a church, both inside and out.
Year 5 Trip to All Saints Church
On Monday 9th December 2019, Year 5 walked to our local church, All Saints Church in Clipstone. The focus of our visit was to learn more about the religious ceremonies of baptism and communion - and we certainly did! The children enjoyed the variety of
interactive activities that had been prepared and gleaned a lot of knowledge from it.
