Football club this year has been split into two evenings as it is so well attended. We have a year 3 and 4 club and a year 5 and 6.
We began our club during the Spring term and began skill-based training practising our skills of passing and dribbling with control and speed.
Once we return to school, we will continue to practise and refine our skills, play games and develop our team before entering tournaments and having matches with other local schools.
Mr Freeman is excited to see how far our team will go and looks forward to seeing our progress.
Whilst we were in lockdown and unable to attend school, Mr Freeman sent home football challenges, and goal celebrations as well as football questions and quizzes for us all to have a go at from home.
Unfortunately not the ones with chocolate chips.
